Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately via chat, email, or phone. Refund eligibility depends on the order’s status and deadline. Below are the refund options:

  • 100% Refund: If the order has not yet been assigned to a writer.

  • 70% Refund: If less than half of the order’s deadline has passed.

  • 50% Refund: If more than half of the order’s deadline has passed.

  • 30% Refund: If the order has been uploaded to your personal page but not yet approved or downloaded, and cancellation circumstances were beyond your control.

Note: Once your order is delivered on time, it cannot be canceled. Refunds in such cases are only applicable to quality concerns.

Duplicate Payments and Orders

  • Duplicate Payment: If your card is charged twice for the same order, contact us immediately and forward both receipts. The extra payment will be refunded promptly.

  • Duplicate Orders: If you place identical orders, notify us immediately. If the extra order hasn’t been assigned, it will be canceled and fully refunded. If already assigned, standard cancellation procedures apply.

Late Delivery

We strive to meet every deadline. If we fail to deliver on time, the following options apply:

  • Price Recalculation: For orders delivered past the deadline, we will recalculate the price based on the actual delivery time, and the difference will be refunded.

  • 7% Refund: For long-term orders (e.g., dissertations), a 7% refund is applicable if the delay is between 11 to 14 days.

  • 100% Refund: If the paper is no longer needed due to late delivery, and the first version has not been approved.

Note: Refunds for late delivery are not issued if the delay was caused by incomplete instructions, late uploads of materials, or delayed payments.

Quality Concerns

If you’re dissatisfied with the quality of your paper, you have several options:

Partial Refund:

  1. Request a refund via email or chat.

  2. Provide evidence supporting your claim within 14 days.

  3. Our dispute resolution team will review the case and determine a fair refund (up to 40%).

Full Refund:

  1. Request a revision or reassignment to a new writer.

  2. If no satisfactory resolution is found, request a full refund within 14 days.

  3. Evidence supporting your claim will be reviewed by our dispute resolution team.

Note: Full refunds are not possible after you’ve approved the first version of your paper.

No Writer Found

If we cannot assign a qualified writer for your order, a full refund will be issued. In cases where reassignment is required and no writer is available, partial refunds may apply at the discretion of our dispute resolution team.

Automatic Approval

If you fail to approve your paper within 14 days of its upload, it will be automatically approved. After this, you have an additional 14 days to request revisions or a partial refund.
